Kawasaki M3X530 Motor repair

This motor was sent to us by one of our customers with overheating symptoms. When stripped down the motor showed signs of previous repair. The conclusion was that the bearing had suffered damage previously and was replaced without the shaft being replaced. The new bearing either split when being fitted or spun on the damaged shaft and consequently picked up and shattered damaging the piston group and seal carrier. We replaced the piston set, shaft bearings and seal carrier, all genuine KPM spare parts, MX3530damage MX3530motor MX3530damage2 relapped the rotor and port plate,  to leave the motor ready for work again.
